1)Being carefully over training and diet helps referee archive two of the ensentials qualities;

to be fit and fast

2)The referee should learn to appreciate the player's outlook and reactions so that he may know what is happenin in the field.

3)Understanding players is helpful and not only to avoid being taken in by their tricks but to notice what causes retaliation;to determine what is rally abusive or agressive language than a natural outbust,and diferentiate  a performance ffrom a serious injury.

4)Through this plans th referee should make sure that there are few flare-ups there are the better he would be able to displine.
