SPIRIT OF THE GAME IN FOOTBALL

I would like to let  you know more about football at all.

1)Football is more than a simple game.It is an emotional experience.During the course of just one game,the whole range of human emotions from depths of despair to utter joy can be touched in the hearts of those who play or watch.
2)Somewhere in these emotions lies the key to spirit of the game which features.

ENJOYMENT,EQUALITY,AND SAFETY!!
The spirit of the game requires that:
a)All players must have equal opportunity to  demonstrate individual skills without undue interference from opponents.Physical size is not an essential requirement for success.
b)The laws are specific on punishment for infrigment and misconduct,it is clearly implied that the game is intended to be played within a code of conduct based on the accepted principles of mutual respect between people from all walks of life.
FOUL PLAY;
1)The sole judge of fact on the foottbal field is the referee.It must be so because a decision on the fact has to be taken before the game can proceed.No time for statements of case or committee meeting.one man must decide the referee
2)When we discuss foul play or have to take decision on it as referees we immediately see the tremendous importance of accurate judgment.It is the players intention that matters every time.
